2. Product Type & Quality

At Testera, we focus on tester perfumes with French-quality standards,
imported from
the UAE and Turkey and delivered directly to your door.

  • Our fragrances are chosen to offer a rich, long-lasting scent experience at accessible prices.
  • Packaging is usually simpler than regular store bottles, so you pay for the fragrance itself, not for an expensive display bottle

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Your contact details (name, address, phone number) are accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method you choose.
We may cancel or hold an order if:
 
  • The information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
  • We cannot reach you to confirm the order (when required).
  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.

In such cases, we will contact you with alternatives or to update/cancel the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Egypt.

  • Standard delivery time: usually 2–7 business days, depending on your city/governorate.
  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout or communicated by our team before confirming the order
Delays can occur due to:
 
  • Courier company issues
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

If your order is late, please contact us with your order number, and we will follow up with the courier.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We currently ship within Egypt.

We want your experience with Testera to be as smooth and flexible as possible, while still keeping our products safe and hygienic for everyone.

5.1 Return / Exchange Window

  • You have up to 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
  • Within these 14 days, the rules below apply depending on how and when the product was used.

5.2 First 3 Days – Try & Decide

We understand that perfume is personal and you may need to try it on your skin.

  • During the first 3 days after delivery, you can test the product and still request a return or exchange with no special restrictions, as long as:
  • The perfume has been used in a reasonable way (a few sprays to test, not heavily consumed or almost empty).
  • If you are not happy for any reason in these 3 days, please contact us and we will help you with a return or exchange

5.3 After 3 Days – Used Products Cannot Be Returned

  • After the first 3 days, if the product has been used/tested, we cannot accept a return or exchange just because you changed your mind or did not like the scent.
  • You can still request a return/exchange within the 14-day window in specific cases only (see 5.4), or if the product is completely unused and unopened.

5.4 Accepted Reasons for Return / Exchange

Within the 14-day period, we accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
 
1. Product damaged during shipping
 
  • Bottle broken, leaking, or packaging severely damaged upon arrival.

2. Wrong product received

  • You receive a different perfume than the one you ordered (wrong name, size, or variant).

3. Product does not match the advertised description

  • The product is clearly not what was advertised on our website (e.g., wrong concentration, different type, or incorrect information).

In these cases, we will:

  • Replace the product, or offer a suitable solution.

5.5 How to Request a Return or Exchange

To help us process your request quickly, please:

  1. Contact us within the allowed time (3 days for free testing returns; 14 days total for issues).
  2. Provide your order number and a short description of the problem.
  3. Send clear photos or a short video, especially if:
  • The product is damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The product doesn’t match the description.

We will review your request and reply with the next steps and pickup / exchange details.

6. Non-Returnable Cases

To protect all customers and keep hygiene standards, we cannot accept a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The product is used and more than 3 days have passed since delivery (unless there is clear damage or a mistake from our side).
  • The perfume has been used excessively (for example, a significant amount of the bottle is missing).
  • The request is made after the 14-day period.
  • The product was damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us with your order number.
  • If the order is already with the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Refusing a delivery may lead to shipping/return charges.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Delivery

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
  1. Please record a short unboxing video if possible when opening the package.
  2. Take clear photos of:
  • The outer package
  • The product
  • Any visible damage or problem
  1. Contact us within 3 days and include your order number and media (photos/video).

We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
